The Konquest Online Store wishes to guarantee you are fully satisfied. For this reason, you have the right to withdraw from all domestic or international purchases made on the Konquest Online Store, within 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered to you. We will exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If the item was purchased at a store, it must be returned at the store. The original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Prepaid return labels will be sent to you by email or by regular mail per return authorization request (US customers only).

 

 

 

Returns - International orders


Return & exchanges policies for International orders are the same as for Domestic returns & exchanges. However, we do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs for International orders.

 

 

 

Credit Return Time Frame


Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
